@chrisCA I find both countries just do things well in general. And food is a priority with generations of tradition mixed with innovation.

@SW-User There's still tandoori dishes and chicken tikka & other tikkas and the paneers and naan and various parathas. Over 90% of the items on the menu are Indian. We can argue until the cows come home about the definition of "authentic" but it's more accurate to call that cuisine Indian than British.

I like The way the Venezuelans make theirs better but I love Colombian ceviche. 😍

@chrisCA I love sushi and seafood so Japanese is my favorite but Mediterranean and Mexican are very good too :)
