@meggie I got a package of gluten-free Pho noodles some time ago and just found them in my kitchen cabinet, it’s cold enough today to appreciate a steamin’ bowl of Pho.

@meggie I think that or Viet Nam…there is Pho noodle restaurant in the Viet Nam store building in OKC. You can get different versions of it. My friends are Thai and we went there and had Pho a couple times before shopping.

@Ambroseguy80 it was a little labor intensive prepping the zuchinni but it tasted like regular old lasagna, just no real carbs

@meggie Take out..we have a lovely little Italian place not far away that do the best pizzas ive ever tasted

@V00doo it was nice. We're mostly trying to watch the calories for 2 meals a day and then for dinner we can be a bit more relaxed.
