@FlutteringWordsSA It is very good! I make it several times every fall and winter. I serve it over brown rice and add some shredded cheese over the top. So good!

@SW-User Whatever beans I have on hand. Tonight it was red bean. But I have added black, red, kidney, chili, and sometimes even green beans if that's all I have. Or if I make white chicken chili, I add navy beans.
