I don't count like I used to but 1500 to 2000 is my target in my mind although hidden calories in wine I turn a blind eye too!

Lol don’t do it unless you’re trying to achieve a very small frame like I am. I don’t plan on stopping until I drop 30 more pounds (I’m currently 120) @carolinehugz
