Lol don’t do it unless you’re trying to achieve a very small frame like I am. I don’t plan on stopping until I drop 30 more pounds (I’m currently 120) @carolinehugz

@MorbidCynic I try to stay below 1000 but often will stay below 800 too. I hope you achieve your goal soon 😌
