@bunnyXbunny Piadina Romagnola. I think conceptually similar to a quesadilla, but made with wheat flour, lards, olive oil, and with an in infinity of different possible fillings. In the case of the pic above, the most common one, i.e. Squacquerone/stracchino cheese, raw ham (Crudo di Parma, usually) and rucola/arugula. 😌 They're very common and rather cheap over here.

The best ones are found in the area where they've been conceived, i.e. Emilia Romagna:
Luckily over here we have a guy from there, that also gets the ingredients from there, and make them as good as in the original place. ✌️ (and one of them doesn't cost really a lot more over the cost of the average McDonald's thing 😁)
