Usually Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners bring out the traditional Turkeys and Glazed Hams. Here's what I enjoy cooking, with a few side dishes of couscous or rice, white or brown or potatoes (mashed or roasted) and a bit of mint jelly and garlic paste mixed for the Lamb.

I'd be up for it...I like traditional too, but it fun and interesting to go different once in a while. I would like to actually try goose for Christmas one time.
