How can I take in more calories without overloading on sat. fat and sugar?

I eat far below my recommend intake of 1,500 calories. I feel full too early.
Tatsumi · 31-35, M
No one really knows if saturated fats are that big a deal or not. Given how young you are, I wouldn't worry about it, personally. As long as you're eating whole, unprocessed foods, you'll be more than fine.

If you want to, then using some extra virgin olive oil would help a lot. 120 calories in one TBSP. Easy calories. As long as you're focusing on getting nutrients in, you should be fine.

Diet is so fucking complicated. The most important thing is that you get proper exercise.

Anyways, I don't know your particular goals or thoughts in choosing low saturated fat, so lemme know if there's a specific reason. In any case, olive oil will help a lot. That's my backup when I'm short on calories.

@Tatsumi Oh, I see.
I would, but I don’t cook my own food.
I do.
Well, for one, my cholesterol is a little high, and it doesn’t seem like you need to eat saturated fat.
exercise regular. eat what you want..

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout I already do. And I do eat what I want, to get nutrients.

@GreenGoddess That’s true...but the ones my college serves are expensive....
@ShaythePanTransMan Healthy food is expensive 😒 life is cruel that way.

@GreenGoddess Not always. This box of chocolate powder I have gives sooo many nutrients. It has no added sugar too and is very low in sugar. Doesn’t taste that good, but it really gives a lot. It says to restrict use to 3 or 5 a week with fat free milk, but bitch I’m gonna drink it every day XD

Fat is good for you. Eat that.
ShaythePanTransMan · 22-25, T
@CountScrofula yeah, unsaturated fat. I’ll eat more of that when I’m hungry again I guess
I just don’t feel hungry a lot
