Favorite type of cheese?

I try not to overdo it with dairy but sometimes I can't resist a grilled cheese sandwich. I use sharp cheddar and mozz.

@DearAmbellina2113 Cheddar in the right place can be amazing. I tried to do something maybe pepperjack with grilled cheese and it was just ok. Cheddar never disappoints there
