Favorite type of cheese?

Sartori MontAmore. Made in Wisconsin. The tagline for it is, "Is it Cheddar that tastes like Parmesan or Parmesan that tastes like Cheddar?" Exquisite flavor and texture.

I try not to overdo it with dairy but sometimes I can't resist a grilled cheese sandwich. I use sharp cheddar and mozz.

Anything that doesn't smell or taste like I shouldn't be eating it. I'm looking at you, blue cheese weirdos.

Sharp cheddar for sandwiches,
Colby Jack or Cheese Curds (if I can find them around here) for snacking,
Asiago for fancier dishes

But really, I love all cheese. Those are just my go-to options.

For sandwiches: norwegia
For crackers/biscuits: pineapple and mandarin cream cheese
