I just found out about crepes and cannolis, I didnt realize how many different types of pancakes they are and people talk about so many different foods i have never heard of i am so behind on what kinds of foods there are because im my culture they eat the same thing every day for the most part and they do not have many international restaurants. It want until living in the us for a while when i started looking these things up.

I like to cook, some things just don't interest me and other things I like a lot so make with variations.

Unless you are taught by your own mother or your grandmothers, or the other family members who cook, you just can't know everything, but it sure is fun to learn.

Did you know you can make pancakes out of grated raw potato, grated raw onion, and eggs and flour and milk and baking soda and salt? Potato pancakes, served with sour cream and applesauce.

I believe in cooking at home from all the basic ingredients. I do have the money and the time to fine dine in any local or exotic restaurant around my place, but I prefer to keep it simple, healthy and nutritious when it comes to food.
one time i tried crab Rangoons at a Chinese restaurant i loved them. i really love Chinese food but when i try cooking it at home it does not turn out that good and i have a bunch of ingredients i dont use anymore.

I make the easier recipes from ethnic restaurants, I don’t crave it so much that I go to a lot of restaurants any more.
