Drink fresh cows milk?

Always cows milk with my covfefe and Weetbix.
Shelf life is always a problem. Usually less than a week before it starts to turn.
An Australian Company has developed a process where Fresh Milk will stay fresh for at least 60 days.
See if the taste is compromised

I used to but I can’t handle drinking cow’s milk now, can stand some cheese or yogurt though. I was born on a dairy farm and used to drink a lot of it really fres. Before refrigeration milk was set in spring houses in jars with cool water flowing under the well house. In the winter it could be put in an unheated room etc. to stay chilled, and some put a clean silver dollar in the bottom of the milk jar to help keep it fresher, silver is germicidal.

@Gusman Yeah if I ever had to go off-grid and didn’t have the power for an ice box I’d hate it. It’s a lot easier to be able to refrigerate food and have ice to make drinks stay colder longer and all of that. I think people used to eat small animals like chicken, rabbits, or eggs etc more in the summer than beef because they didn’t have to store a bunch of meat. The farm I was born on got electric a few months before I was born so we had a refrigerator during all of my life. Otherwise I would have had memories of how it was like living without one.

@Gusman we didn’t get phone service wired to us until I was 4 in 1960. It was in a village 2 miles away but the farms didn’t get it till then.
