Take your banana bread and crumble it into largish chunks in a 13 x 9 greased pan, and then make a recipe for custard, but substitute almond extract for vanilla extract. If there are no walnuts in your banana bread, sprinkle with coarsely chopped walnuts, then sprinkle chocolate chips fairly heavily on top of the banana bread, and pour the custard over the top. You'll end with a delicious chocolate almond banana bread pudding. Serve that with real whipped cream.

I just make banana bread and when they get ripe I put them on bread and mayo or peanut butter and bread. They do have frozen chocolate bananas people eat like pop sickles. 😋
