What else, besides Banana bread or

Banana nut muffins, can I make with over ripe bananas? They are taking over my freezer.

Waffles, pancakes, cake, cupcakes. I made a banana cake one time and added walnuts, golden raisins, and cinnamon and iced it with a cream cheese frosting and took it to work, everyone loved it.

@Jeephikelove I think they can be easily made using mashed bananas and eggs, you can add a little flour if you want, vanilla, baking powder...
