The name of the dish sounds awful, but there are no more delicious potatoes. I used to be able to eat dairy foods six years ago, and that is when I tasted this dish.

Fully stuffed potato ..
Large, with butter, shredded cheese, bacon bits and BBQ, hot roast beef, Tequila grilled chicken, or minute steaks on top ... with sour cream and BBQ sauce

Not so much a dish but really good roasted potatoes where the inside is all fluffy like mash and the outside is crunchy like glass.

If not that, then fritters.

place it in an oven dish
top with mashed potato and oven bake till golden and crisp on top

@Ladybutterfly Not as in "hot" spicy but yeah a little black pepper, ginger and tumeric powder are the basic spices of the dish.
