Yes. That's a best before date. They put on so people will throw it out and buy more.

Expiration dates aren’t when the food actually goes bad. It’s when the manufacturer thinks it’s no longest going to taste it’s peak best. Milk is good for a a good week or two past the expiration, eggs for a month or so, Beef at least a week, etc

If it seems okay yeah. Usually not milk though, that shit gets nasty sometimes even before its expiration date.
