@UnlikeableAndy translation is approximately "Happy festival" so like we say Happy Christmas or Easter or Happy Holidays.

@UnlikeableAndy Thank you. The way I explain it: it's our version of Chrimas/Easter. We have only 2 Eids a year. This is the first one. It comes after the month of Ramadan when we fast from dawn till sunset for an entire month. So today there is no more suffering. Lol
