Month 2 of realistic calisthenics progress (Upper body pics)

A photographer I am not btw 😅 I've added 2 inches onto my chest, and the muscle I've been putting on has been a lot denser and harder than when I lifted weights. My strength has definitely increased, I can blast out 45 pushups in good form without stopping and carry heavier things.

My biceps have gotten bigger and wider along with my triceps, can't really see in this lighting.

My abs are starting to form and show through, and I've gained more shape in general.


This month has been really stressful and I haven't been sleeping great, lots of fatigue and extra days in work so my outputs not been as consistent as month 1. But I have been doing harder variations like archer pushups and diamonds. I'm still showing up and on a slight deficit 🙂

Totals (worth mentioning)
282 deficit pushups
300 Diamond pushups
712 Pushups
668 Dips
100 Ab rollers (Taken me a bit to get used to it 😂)
2.5k run

Weight: 10.6.5 or 148lbs

Im kinda envious really. I wanna get into calisthenics and a little body strengthening..... I keep finding excuses tho🫤
