It's all a balancing game. Time for rest. Recovery. Food and mental wellbeing
@Lostpoet Life happens and there gonna be stretches where you just don't want to go or have the time. U less I misunderstood you, ya seem like you're beating yourself up over the days of weeks you haven't been working but honestly please don't.
Good physical shape is a marathon, definitely not a sprint.
I knew a fella who had what I called small man syndrome. He went to the gym every opportunity he got and was in truth an absolute monster.
He always thought he was chubby and weak when he was probably the strongest and fittest fella there.
Ended up burning himself out and just quit all together.
Granted that's an extreme case but what in saying is you're probably in better shape then you believe yourself to be in. Embrace the change you've accomplished so far and enjoy if you don't have the time or drive right now
