If you want to lose weight that is fine. But to build muscle you should work out 30 minutes 3 times a week.

@Melissa501 When they weighed me last week I was only 153 lbs, so I've been eating two breakfasts and two lunches. I was 170 six months ago and It was still lean muscle. I lose weight when I don't go to the gym.
