fitness help/advice?

I'm broke and find it hard to buy healthy foods, it all just seems so pricey and so when I do buy it, its only enough to last a day or 2. I'm not even sure what I should be eating everyday so I'm probably leaving important stuff out. I also don't know what exercises I should be doing or if I can get fit with no equipment. I just want to be healthy/stronger, any advice? im 5'5, 130 pounds, how much calories should i get per day?

Few tips

Oatmeal is easy and cheap, I use water and protein powder with peanut butter and some seeds/nuts and a banana, put a pan lid over the bowl and it'll cook in 3 minutes without a stove.

Lentils are a really good option, look up Dahl recipes on youtube, mostly just spices in lentils and water reduced to a creamy dhal with veg.

Canned chick peas are good, you can make falafel with some spices, a blender and some herbs, get some wholemeal wraps or sweet potato wraps and have falafel wraps.

Brocolli is cheap, you can roast most veg and it'll be nice. Chicken thigh is cheaper and good to prep with. Brown rice is better for you and more filling.

Get a ziplock bag and put all your veg waste in it then freeze it, add to it over time and make a stock with it.
@Ryannnnnn Great suggestions
