I buy very few things there now. Bleach, Lemon-Oatmeal bar soap, and once in a while, cleaning products.

I got a few things. Some lidocaine patches, a universal car charger for my phone, a flat tray that sits inside my steering wheel when I'm parked so I can draw, or eat etc. Radiator coolant and snacks

Cleaning supplies and rugs.
