Can you get a home loan?

We've both tried individually and together and keep getting declined, so we're giving up and just going to deal with having to rent.

I doubt it. My bf has owned 2 houses but he probably wouldn't qualify either because in AZ you have to have held a single job for a number of years and we are both new at our jobs.
