I worked for a couple of banks in their IT dep't. They've pushed the relationship nonsense for years to help justify the ridiculous fees they charge to remain afloat. But in the age of the internet, more people want to do their banking online. So ow they are doubling down.

@Musicman Have read articles in the past year or so about bankers being trained on a new system. But they aren’t talking about that. I think this will be talked about a lot after the system gets replaced. And then there’s this.
