Another 'neobank' closing down in Australia

Neobank 'volt' today announced it's closing down next month and handing back it's banking license. Another one - Xinja - already shut down last year. Another one - called '86400' closed down and was 'sold' to NAB (one of the 'big 4' Australian banks).

The 'tiny bank' movement isn't do so well... Do similar 'tiny banks' exist in your part of the world?
