I workout twice a day in the summer. Yesterday was my busiest day of the week because I’m off.

Elliptical - 45 minutes going pretty hard
Lawn - about 2 hours pushing a battery mower
Swim - 20 minute cool down swim
Kali - 2 hr private Filipino martial art lesson

I’m pretty fit for 65.
