Have any of y’all seen “Gone With The Wind”?

I’ve watched parts of it but never seen the WHOLE entire movie.

It was a good movie. You have to remember that it was made in 1939 when movie making was still new. You have to keep that context in mind when watching older movies.

The movie won a bunch of Oscars in 1940, They cleaned up.

Anyhow, you have good company. I have seen The Matrix 6,8 times and never watched it from beginning to end. Perhaps one day.....
@DallasCowboysFan It was also made during Jim Crow (the U.S. policy of legal racial segregation). The black actors, including Hattie McDaniel, who ultimately won an award, were forbidden from attending the Atlanta premiere. During the Oscars they were forbidden to sit with their white co-stars; when Ms.McDaniel won her award she was summoned from a table near the facility’s kitchen.
