At which age did you start refering to yourself as a man/woman instead of a boy/girl ?

i am 27 and i feel weird calling myself a woman... i will always be a girl... maybe that changed when i am 30 ?

Stay young as long as you can. Growing old is not fun.

I get what you mean. I am 45 and still have a hard time with it. More likely to say person than woman. My mom was a woman, but I still feel like a girl. Lol.

18.
Being called a girl by anyone who isn't at least 70 feels patronising to me

I don't know, but I don't consider anyone under 30 to be a man or woman.

I became self-employed. When I was 29 so people called me MR not gonna say my last name way back then

@basilfawlty89 are you a troll I would say yes 👍
basilfawlty89 · 31-35, M
@Funlov just a shitposter. It's just a joke based on the context of the op. It's a joke not a dick, no need to take it so hard.

@basilfawlty89 what ever you say 🤔

When I became an adult but it depends on the context. Like sometimes I enter a room full of elderly people and ask "How are my girls/boys today?". But if we're being serious, anyone who's an adult is not a girl or a boy.
19. Someone said "chicks in the back, guys in front"-. And when I went with the chicks, the guys all laughed -. They said 19 was too old to be a chick -. Why not just sit with the guys and let the chicks enjoy their talking?

Males love being referred to as men. That holds true for a three years old.
But females..oh my, damn!
ineedadrink · 51-55, M
In my head I'm still 19 so I've always just used the term guy. Now I'm starting to adjust.

Maybe when I have osteoarthritis or 30. I am not strong as I were used to.

I struggled to accept I were legally an adult at 18 😳 I were at least 21 before I accepted it

I'll always be a girl and they'll always be boys regardless of age.
caPnAhab · 26-30, M
At 26 I wouldn't call myself a man or a boy...

Young man seems fitting
PatKirby · M
Funny, my sister gave me my nickname as a kid - 'boy'. My friends a relatives stopped calling me that when I was around 15. Started being called 'sir' around late twenties, but didn't feel ok with being referred to as a 'man' until late thirties. My youthful spirit had to be trained to be ok with that.

You will always be your dads little girl.

Actually, at the age of 47, last year.
Ambroseguy80 · 51-55, M
I think 20 is a good age to make the switch. ;)

Aging is a rare privilege which not everyone gets to enjoy.
Enjoy the perks & live in consonance with the weather.
I have never referred to myself as a "man/woman" or a "boy/girl"...

But seriously
child, boy, teen, young man...but my father was Mr. _____, the man...

Sometimes I refer myself as a girl sometimes as a woman either way I don’t care
iamonfire696 · 41-45, F
I am a woman because I am an adult.
