ot for his suicide at age 21 on 10-21-2019 while in the Army.
It is always a very sad day that I still have cake and ice cream my son on, then I have to do something to lift my spirits, so I do not become furtherly depressed on his birthday. I called his sister and best friend and chatted with them and then went out that evening to the drag club.
My son Loved Trains as a child, so I hit the old depo in town for him.
Then On my way home I stopped for a break and @HumanEarth helped me on the rough gravel. It was nice of her. These pics are blurry because no one ever captures clear Big Foot pics, right!
You don't get over losing your child. We just learn to carry it a little lighter some days. And some days it's heavy again. That does not mean you're not healing. It just means we loved them.
This was something my grandma told me when we lost our daughter. Maybe its time to share them words to you. 🫂
