i reckon you would look good with some mascara
From the photo, I can't see what your skin problem might be.
If it's acne, eat a balanced whole fresh foods diet, and avoid sugar, alcohol, transfats, emulsifiers and all highly processed foods.
Avoid soap, and cleanse the skin morning and night with a ph balanced cleanser.
Use a lightly rosy-tinted moisturiser if your skin is dry. L'Oreal has one, and it uses no animal testing or ingredients, and no microplastics.
I prefer wide brimmed hats to sunscreens, but if you're outdoors a lot, use everything to protect against future skin cancers.
What others say about wearing a skin tint or light foundation is true: it's no one's business but yours. Just be aware that make-up must be cleaned off everynight to prevent clogged pores, keep the sheets and pillows cleaner, and let your skin fully breathe.

Well, people in general will probably not notice.
People that you DO know who tend to look or stare too hard might notice and say something.
But to give advice - typically less expensive makeup foundation brands are less noticeable (less coverage) but they might not be good for your skin.
Do not use liquid that needs to be "set" with a powder - it is heavy and quite noticeable.
One thing that works well is "neutrogena mineral sheers powder foundation." Maybe $13 USD and one container lasts 2 to 3 months.
IF it is available in your country. Basically one step, you can apply it as light or heavy as needed. You will need makeup applicator pads, the compact doesn't come with one.
The hard part though is knowing which shade to buy, it should match your skin tone as close as possible, but without testing, you cannot really know.
OR, you could go to a real makeup store like Sephora and explain your situation. They could test some shades to get a match.
That probably seems nerve-racking but do not worry. They are NOT going to laugh or judge, trust me. They see men all the time shopping there. ONLY downside to going there - actual makeup stores tend to be expensive. BUT it is less expensive than guess-buying several shades at the grocery or other general store.

It's okay to wear whatever you feel like. It's your body, and you don't need to ask anyone for approval.
Also good brands are NARS. And you might wanna try bb cream, it has light coverage and most come with UV protection. If you have Korean shop, buy from there. They're highest quality and have best formulas. If not, anything drugstore would work too. Test out few, and see which one will stay the most or feels the best on the skin.
If you want also light coverage, skin tint is good too. You're young, so anything should stay on good. But to avoid clogging up pores, people lately avoid cakey foundations. Hence the new new formulas like house of labs-she has made a formula of foundation that has skincare incorporated in it. Idk how good they are, never tried it, but that also exists.
I stick with bb cream most of the time, it works the best for me. Like I said, test out and wear whatever feels best. 😊

Thankyou so much!!!!!! That’s really helpful. 😊😊😊@greensnacks
Yes, it's okay, it's your skin, it's your life.
As for what looks good, that depends on your skin tone, and your undertone: cool or warm (cool looks good in silver jewelry, warm looks good in gold jewelry). But if you're going for light coverage a BB cream should do the trick.

Let me tell you what I've learned as someone mid 30s.
Don't give af what others think.
If you're not harming anyone, do what you want.
