From the photo, I can't see what your skin problem might be.
If it's acne, eat a balanced whole fresh foods diet, and avoid sugar, alcohol, transfats, emulsifiers and all highly processed foods.
Avoid soap, and cleanse the skin morning and night with a ph balanced cleanser.
Use a lightly rosy-tinted moisturiser if your skin is dry. L'Oreal has one, and it uses no animal testing or ingredients, and no microplastics.
I prefer wide brimmed hats to sunscreens, but if you're outdoors a lot, use everything to protect against future skin cancers.
What others say about wearing a skin tint or light foundation is true: it's no one's business but yours. Just be aware that make-up must be cleaned off everynight to prevent clogged pores, keep the sheets and pillows cleaner, and let your skin fully breathe.
