Why do nail polish shades comes in names or naughty phrases

Within the shades of pink I found "Kiss the bride" its colour is close to white and "Just a lily bit" the exact light pink I guess. There's this deep dark green shade named as "W.T.H." was it "what the hell" probably "what the heck"..lol how did they come up with those names haha 😃
