Don’t feel bad. Once I went to my niece’s dance recital. Visitors had to leave their shoes in a somewhat dark hallway adjacent to the performance space. Didn’t realize until the following morning that I’d come home wearing two different shoes.

@OlderSometimesWiser I wonder when the other person realized?
@ninalanyon Lol…. it was the strangest thing because what are the odds that there would be a shoe so similar in style and color, in such close proximity, that fit so well that I didn’t notice anything wrong. Can’t be sure when the other person noticed but when I returned to the dance studio a couple of days later my rogue shoe was there! The other person was probably also hoping for their rogue shoe so the story had a happy ending. 🙂

This reminds me of one time when my sister had a belly button ring that she wore for months only to realize she somehow put the top brass bead for a different belly ring on a crystal one she had, so they didn’t match and it pissed her off that she wore it for that long without realizing. 😂

Do you have another pair just like them?
Jenny1234 · 51-55, F
@Mamapolo2016 I have similar pair but they aren’t as pretty

@Jenny1234 I meant, maybe two similar pairs got mixed up.

@Mamapolo2016 I think you’re right

A lot of times I purposely wear two different earrings just to switch it up

I'm sure they are wonderful!!

@Jenny1234 but if you've loved them this long, why bother about it? I've noticed slight imperfections about so many things in my life that have been staples, but i loved them that long for a reason....🤗
