I do. I have for the last 30 years. The only exception being if I am wearing more formal clothing which is rare (slacks are just too uncomfortable without it), or if I go to a doctor's appointment (it was just awkward when the doctor or nurse said to strip to my underwear and I had to explain I wasn't wearing any). I just feel more comfortable not wearing it, especially when it is hot and humid in the summer.

I've been full time commando since my late teens. I don't even think about it as being different anymore. I just couldn't stand having to wear a second layer. The rest of my family is the same way. Just not a big deal.
