As a 46 year old slightly overweight hetero white male with a GF, am I allowed to wear a fedora? 馃

They are pretty classy.

@SweetMae Very popular between the 1920's and 1950's...and they have never gone out of style. I get lots of compliments on mine. Little old ladies eyes light up and they say "I like your hat" with a big smile, I guess it sort of takes them back in time a bit. They have also become popular as a unisex hat in recent decades...they actually look good on women as well.

@indyjoe I have a grey one I wear in the winter.

@SweetMae My wife has one as well, a tan one. She doesn't wear it often as she is not much of a hat wearer (only on "bad hair days" and then she throws on a ball cap馃榿). As I said in my reply, I have 5 of them....I have and still wear the very first one I ever bought, I have an 'Indiana Jones' replica that I wear fairly often, I have one That is constructed out of straw which I only wear in hot summer months, I have a black leather one that I wear in falling weather, and lastly I have one that I rarely wear (it's more of a collectible)...it is made of fur and was expensive. I do plan to have my portrait done wearing it in the near future.
