Have you known anyone who met someone famous?

I worked with a guy who was once in the same room with Hitler. My co-worker said he had the most mesmerizing eyes and captivating presence of anyone he could remember.

I have met a bunch of famous people at the 2010 and 2012 Texas frightmare weekend.
Vern Troyer
Margot Kidder
Elvira
Anthony Michael Hall
Ernest borgnine
And a bunch of others.
@shinyplasticlove

At least 3 of those have died :(

Wouldn't have minded meeting Borgnine. Guy was a great actor.

@rinkydinkydoink Yes. Ernest died just 3 months after I met him. I was in the elevator with him and his wife. Such a nice guy.

Did you see Marty? There's an interesting story how he won his Oscar-winning part... it's on the net.

@rinkydinkydoink Oh ok. I will always remember him in his part in Convoy.
@shinyplasticlove

Haven't seen that yet... just googled it: Convoy has quite the cast :D

@rinkydinkydoink You've never seen Convoy? The theme song alone makes the movie.
@shinyplasticlove

There are TONS of huge movies I've never seen. Star Wars... any Batman, Spiderman, Wonder Woman movies... Avatar... Titanic.

Movies from the 30s, 40s and some in the 50s and 60s yes.

@rinkydinkydoink I love watching 20's and 30's tv especially Laurel and Hardy. They will always put a smile on my face.
@shinyplasticlove

Oh man! Those boys are my favorite. I cannot watch the clip below without laughing out loud myself.

@rinkydinkydoink The Music Box will always be my fave.
@shinyplasticlove

Another one that never fails to make me laugh - and Billy Gilbert was, as usual, in top form, too :D
