I learned something somewhst interesting over the span of these past two weeks

..became aware is a better way to put it.. Anyway, I watched two seemingly unrelated documentaries recently. One was about actor/director/producer, Albert Brooks. It turns out that Albert really is his first name, but his last name isn't Brooks. Its , ..get this, ..it's, Einstein. His real name is Albert Einstein. I think that's so funny. ..even funnier is that he's got three brothers and he's not the oldest, as one might think , just due to the fact that that name is such a gem for the type of person who would name their son, Albert Einstein, which, apparently, his parents are, why gamble at passing up the chance, not once, ..not twice, but three times. Yes, Albert Einstein (Brooks) is the youngest.. the older three brothers are named Cliff, Charles and Robert.

About a week later, im on a different channel, flipping through the documentaries and i see one about Super Dave Osborne, (RIP). It turns out, that's not his real name either. That's no big surprise. But what did seem a bit coincidental was the fact that his real last name is also Einstein and his first name is Bob. ..yes, as in Robert, ..as in, the same Robert Einstein who is one of Albert Brooks' older brothers.

Anyway, it's not mind shattering but i think it's funny that two very funny dead pan style comics who seem to be worlds apart in subject matter are brothers ...their father was an actor/comedian also. ..apparently a comedians comedian who died an interesting death. Basically, he killed (the way comedians love to kill, on stage) all his friends while at a roast, ..then he died
