What are the downsides of being famous?

Lack of privacy in public must be terrible. Depending on what a person is famous for and who they work for they may be highly controlled. Have heard that being an actor or actress is not the glamorous life that it is built up as, they create an image for public consumption. Behind the scenes it can be a very dark world.
