I've thought about this where identical twins are concerned. I think the only way would be to refer to the charting done by the nurse and the hospital. I mean, their height and weight will probably be different. So that might be an effective way to differentiate between the two.

I went to jr high with indentical twins, their mother dressed them differently from birth.
