Then money would loose value. Same thing that happens when the government prints more money. Causes inflation.

@Nimbus maybe... lower our standards. Then you need less things. Or get skills to create for ourselves. Like gardening and renovating so your basic needs are met without having to purchase things. Or get a skill where you create things you can sell to other people as a hobby. Or find happiness in things that dont cost money.
