I think a bad attitude is not too hard to fix and it’s usually because they are angry or frustrated about something. I don’t think it’s a good idea to ever kick your kid out of the house unless it’s an extremely serious situation

I would say it's time to have a hard conversation. Either he respect you, and treat you as a mother should be treated, or he find a new place to live. No need to sugar coat it.

To be honest it surprises me how some kids talk and interact with their parents. When I was young I knew I'd get my ass whooped if I was disrespectful to my parents (or other adults for that matter). It seems society has really shifted how we treat one another. Unfortunately not for the better.... ☹

At 22 it is past time for him to be on his own. He needs to find his way in the world without depending on Mommy. Both of you will be better for it.

when his brain is done developing i'm sure he'll be less of a wad. at his big age he can be paying rent if he's not already. push for that/boundaries or give him the boot bc people in your home should be nice to you
