How do I deal with a mentally ill family member without being dragged down myself?
How do I keep myself happy and positive when I have to deal with emotional blackmail, manipulation, lying, judgment, criticism and a general attitude of negativity on a daily basis? Sometimes it gets overwhelming and I feel mentally exhausted. I know this person is mentally ill and abandoning them is not an option. P.S. It's not my spouse! 😜
