I believe you could be trying to fill a void based on a childhood trauma or neglect at a very young age resulting in seeking validation from others by giving your body up freely thus lowering your self worth by accepting temporary physical affection to feel accepted and not understanding love correctly.

I think you could work on your self beliefs by setting boundries and discovering what you truly desire rather than what you think is expected of you. Finding self validation rather than external validation.

This is my opinion, based on the fact i dont actually know you well enough to judge you.
