Nursery expense and time wasting

My family pay good money for my child to go to nursery but they keep sending him home "Ill" where he's allegedly had a temperature or been sick, and I pick him up and he's all smiles and bouncing around. He's even asked to go in to town and walk round the river when I picked him up today. He's watching TV and eating pringles. He's fine.
But the teacher said I'm not allowed to send him tomorrow either.
I had a day out planned with a friend today, we drove for forty mins to where we were going to and had to turn around and drive all the way back. And he's not even ill. And I can't do a thing about any of it.
It's a good thing I'm not working because I'd have been fired by now I'm sure.

@Vengabus 🤔perhaps if you are not happy with this nursery maybe looking elsewhere . ik am sorry to say ill or not you have a kid and other plans you may have play second fiddle to your kids healh . do no get me wrong in this case i can understand you being miffed as this was unnecessary to send your kid home

@smiler2012 I threw my whole day away and dropped everything to pick him up bc they made me believe he was ill. i wouldn't mind if he actually was.
They send him home so much I barely have the confidence to leave the house when he's at school. In my mind there's a 40-50 percent chance they will call me on any given school day.

That's the thing about daycares

@Vengabus actually kids don't need socialization with other kids until they're over five it's actually better mentally for the intelligence level great job with me with one of its parents up until 5 years old

When they're with their parents versus other kids they learn better sentence structure on how to speak properly better pronunciation and their whole intellect develops at a faster rate

@dale74 yeah some people say that but in our experience it's not true. Nursery has taught him so much, and he bounces off the walls when he can't go. He needs kids to play with, and to learn from. He doesn't have any other family, and we can't be his whole world for 5 years, that would be absurd.
What makes them think he is ill?
