When it comes to pregnancy, the success rate depends on your age and health. It's a lot riskier in your 40's and 50's, a woman's body might not be ok to handle it. I wouldn't wait too long to have kids though, your eggs will decline as you get older too.
I looked up about a woman's age and eggs and how are they related in a way. Turns out that by the time a woman is 30, or not long before then, 90% of her eggs are gone. It'll get worse from there.
But not all women will have pregnancy issues in their middle ages, some can have a healthy baby or rarely twins.
In my opinion, I would think about having kids around 25 or so. That is when your "biological clock" is ticking. I could be wrong, but having a baby is your choice.
