@BritishFailedAesthetic that's what the LGBT clubs in school do. Give LGBT a safe space (I know you hate those words) where they can vent and talk about their issues without abuse. For many LGBT kids those are lifelines preventing suicide.

I don't mind safe spaces for say, ethnic groups to discuss issues affecting them.

@BritishFailedAesthetic no, Antifa actually smashed stuff when Milo Yiannopoulos (a token self-loathing far right gay man who defended church childhood molestation) spoke on campus ready to out LGBT kids and kids of undocumented immigrants.

Right to privacy is a right, and incitement to violence is not covered by free speech laws.

An innocent woman named Heather Heyer was murdered by one of them in vehicular manslaughter. She was a promising human rights attorney.

Again, freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequence. Incitement to violence isn't covered by free speech laws.

Deplatforming Nazis isn't against fee speech. No one owes you a platform. If you think Nazis should feel free to spread their filth on campuses, I'm assuming you'd be fine with ISIS spreading their filth too.

@BritishFailedAesthetic the fact that they were stabbing people, nearly beat to death an African-American man on basis of his race and murdered a woman who was a peaceful protester, I'd have done a lot worse.

And no...contrary to the claims of the right, most of us don't live up to the "soyboy" meme. Many of us are armed. I support groups like Pink Pistols that offer reduced rates or even free gun training to LGBT people.
