Do you give an 8 year old a room for herself or does she share with sibling?? Help

If any moms/dads could help me out, I’m trying to renovate my second room , I wanted to do bunk beds for her to share with my 1 year old son I’d figure I would just giver her the room and share the other bedroom with my 1 year old son. Given the fact my 8 year old will wanted. Her own room so imma do just so.. I’m going to decorate it pretty for her💜

I have a 5 year old boy and a 11 daughter. We live in a 2 bedroom apartment. The kids each have their own room. My daughter has sensory issues and there is now way they can share a room. My boy is a tiny tornado lol.

So that leaves me sleeping on the couch.

I don't think a 8 year old and a baby should share a room if it can be avoided. They baby will probably wake her up a few times a night
