@Alabamarednek no matter whos fault it is innocent children would suffer and if they dont lash out but instead internalize it? Or being stripped away from the only caregivers they know and placed in unfamiliar environments...seems like a recipe for disaster for a kid who did nothing but be born.

@MizzO never said it had to be a stranger. Screened extended family members or mutual friends of the family in and around community who can prove to be unbiased which is commonly done when kids are removed from parents care is acceptable.

@Alabamarednek either way. Its a huge psychological event for a kid no matter who they are placed with. We all have our things that we do. Wake up brush teath wash face head to the fridge. Except this time its not the toothbrush you use. The bathrooms in a different place. The smells and the sounds are different. This is not the food your used to eatting. As an adult its easy to say sucknit up but for 2 yo, 5yo heck even 10 yo. Thats alot. On top of whatever the homelife was. It would be great if we could have blanket statements that fit all circumstances but that just insint the case and the situation cant be dealt with lightly or rashly. But i hear what your saying. The system can be screwed up and the people should take responsibility for their actions often dont.
