Then You give Yourself some serious time, energy and love.

It's Okay to have doubts, exhaustion, worries, even anger & tears! And its Okay 👍🏻 to take some hours, even days of 'Me Time' to repair Yourself!

You & Yourself is important for YOU as well as for Miss 8! She's young and still wonderfully resilient, she's not going to like "Mum's Free Day" without her, but she'll be just fine, you'll see.
