Deciding whether to be a fun mom or a good mom…

It’s 15 minutes until my kids bedtime and we’re eating jacket potatoes and baked beans on the beach with no plans of moving anytime soon…

She wants to go swimming. Fun mom says YOLO. Good mom says I need to have this kid bathed and in bed asap rocky 😳😳😳

Realistic mom says the odds of being able to keep her out of the water are pretty low… 😂😂😂

Being a good Mom is important. Mom's are not fun.

I think of this every time I remember my deceased mother who spoiled her dogs rotten, and ruined their health by feeding them every time they wanted to eat. Both of her dogs looked like sausages filled with helium. She thought she was being a good Mom to her dogs...but she wasn't very bright.
